5. Ordering and Payment Terms
5.1 Ordering
• 5.1.1 Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Nature Walk. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• 5.1.2 Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once an order is placed. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order.
5.2 Payment Terms

30% Down payment upon submitting order
Balance payment required prior to shipment, upon receipt of shipping documents.
• 5.2.3 Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice. For international transactions, currency exchange rates may apply.
6. Shipping and Delivery
• 6.1 Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
• 6.2 Delivery: Delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change. Nature Walk is not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Claims and Resolution Policy
7.1 Claim Submission Period
All claims, including those related to product shortages, quality issues, or incorrect shipments, must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the receipt of goods. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
7.2 Case-by-Case Evaluation
Due to the nature of our business, each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to review the specific circumstances surrounding your claim and ensure a fair and reasonable resolution.
7.3 Quality and Defect Claims
Claims concerning product quality or alleged defects will be subject to a detailed inspection. Defective items must be documented with photographs or videos to support the claim. Physical samples might be required.
7.4 Non-Returnable Goods Policy
Given the costs associated with returns, we do not accept returned products. Instead, the following solutions are offered:
• Credit or Refund: Upon acceptance of a valid claim, a partial or full refund may be issued, or credit may be applied to your account for future purchases.
• Replacement Shipment: Replacement items may be shipped at no additional cost, either with your next order or separately, depending on stock availability.
• Credit Note to be used on Future Orders: A discount on future orders may be provided as compensation.
• Repair Allowance: For items with minor defects that can be repaired locally, we may offer a price adjustment or an allowance to cover repair costs.
• Disposal or Donation: In some cases, goods may be authorized for local disposal or donation, with compensation provided based on the defect.
7.5 Condition of Goods for Review
For quality claims, goods must be presented in their original condition with all packaging and labeling intact. Claims will not be considered for goods that have been worn, used, or altered, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
7.6 Resolution Process
Once a claim is submitted:
• Additional documentation, including photos, videos, samples, or relevant evidence, may be requested.
• The resolution (credit, refund, replacement, or discount) will be determined based on our inspection and evaluation of the claim.
7.7 Exclusions
Claims will not be honored for issues arising from improper use, storage, or handling of the product after receipt.

• 8.1 Compliance: Nature Walk and Bonezzi SA comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (for EU and UK), CCPA (for the US), LGPD (for Brazil), and other regional regulations.
• 8.2 Data Use: Personal data collected will be used only for the purposes of processing orders, managing accounts, and providing customer support.
9. Intellectual Property
• 9.1 Ownership: All content on the Nature Walk website, including trademarks, logos, and product information, is the property of Nature Walk and Bonezzi SA or its licensors.
