This email does not constitute acceptance of the order. 5.2 Payment Terms • 5.2.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to:  Bank Transfer • 5.2.2 Payment Terms: The following payment terms are available:  30% Down payment upon submitting order  Balance payment required prior to shipment, upon receipt of shipping documents. • 5.2.3 Currency: All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice. For international transactions, currency exchange rates may apply. 6. Shipping and Delivery • 6.1 Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. • 6.2 Delivery: Delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to change. Nature Walk is not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances. 7. Claims and Resolution Policy 7.1 Claim Submission Period All claims, including those related to product shortages, quality issues, or incorrect shipments, must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the receipt of goods. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. 7.2 Case-by-Case Evaluation Due to the nature of our business, each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to review the specific circumstances surrounding your claim and ensure a fair and reasonable resolution. 7.3 Quality and Defect Claims Claims concerning product quality or alleged defects will be subject to a detailed inspection. Defective items must be documented with photographs or videos to support the claim. Physical samples might be required. 7.4 Non-Returnable Goods Policy Given the costs associated with returns, we do not accept returned products.
